If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. VortexMeadow S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Restaurant Services

VortexMeadow provides family-style restaurant services including dining, catering, and event hosting. Our services are subject to the following conditions:

Reservations are subject to availability and may require confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice
Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance
Large group bookings may require deposits or special arrangements

Reservation Policy

When making reservations through our website, phone, or in person, the following terms apply:

Reservations must be made by individuals 18 years or older
We may require credit card details to secure certain reservations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows may be subject to cancellation fees for future reservations
We reserve the right to release tables after a 15-minute grace period
Group bookings of 8 or more people may have different cancellation policies

Service charges may apply to large groups
Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days
Deposits for events are non-refundable unless cancelled within the specified timeframe

All content on the VortexMeadow website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VortexMeadow S.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by Spanish and international copyright laws. The VortexMeadow name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of VortexMeadow S.L. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Food Safety and Allergies

While we take reasonable precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food preparation areas are completely free from allergens. Guests with severe allergies should inform our staff and make their own informed decisions about consuming our food. VortexMeadow cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.

Force Majeure

VortexMeadow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Spain, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
